At Amoy Street, Ding Dong continues to explore modern yet nostalgic textures and ingredients, drawing inspiration from Southeast Asian flavours, offering diners a fun and interesting dining experience. A new feature of the concept is the open-kitchen and counter-seating layout, where diners are able to observe and interact with the chefs as their food is being prepared, completing the experiential journey of every diner.
