Master Chef Tai began a distinguished 38-year career at the age of 22 whilst he was also attending other relevant food preparation courses to hone his creativity and love for cooking. He has been with Tien Court Restaurant since 1995 where he started as a Sous Chef and soon followed with a promotion to Head Chef in just a few years. For the last 24 years, as a second hand man to the in-house Master Chef, Tien Court has flourished and stayed relevant with his guidance, mentorship and creativity to his team and kitchen crew. This year, Chef Tai following many years of hardwork and exemplary leadership qualities, achieved his ambitions of donning the Master Chef title. Besides creating magic in his kitchen, Master Chef Tai has a likeable personality and is a familiar face with regular guests who keeps them coming back!
