Giuseppe Di Gaetano

Born and raised in Taranto, south of Italy, and surrounded by great seafood and pasta,Chef Giuseppe Di Gaetano's first lesson in cooking was by his mother’s side helping her. Travelling to various Italian regions and working with great Italian chefs have supplemented his understanding of Italian food. His move to Singapore and working at La Barca before becoming the main chef after a few years has let him create Italian food that many in the community love.
