Aimed at highlighting the impressive talent of a new generation of Singaporean chefs, this collaboration is another example of Nouri's commitment to craft, talent and the spirit of "crossroads".
A graduate from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and a protégé of Kaiseki chef Goto San, and Malcom Lee, of Michelin starred Candlenut restaurant, Ming Kiat will be working alongside the established team of Restaurant Nouri to create a menu that highlights crosscultural cooking at its best.
