Two Michelin starred Chef Raymond Blanc is one of Britain’s most respected chefs, a big name on TV, and a best-selling author. As Chef Patron of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, England, Raymond has championed and nurtured some of the country’s most respected chefs personally in his kitchens, including such names as Marco Pierre White, Michael Caines and Eric Chavot. A select few will have the honour of being invited to this masterclass for an eye-opening experience like none other.
