Shaking up the island’s dining scene with a casual, high-energy yet Chinese-in-essence dining concept, the Chinese Grill House expects to attract city dwellers and food fanatics alike with a menu meant to entice and a space fit for every occasion.
Brainchild of entrepreneur and highly acclaimed restaurateur Ricky Ng, whose award-winning Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House made the signature Chilli Pomelo Crab famous as one of Singapore’s best chilli crab dishes, Chinese Grill House offers an innovative modern Chinese menu with an avant-garde East-meets-West foundation.
As the first Chinese restaurant to incorporate a Western and Chinese kitchen layout, with a unique interactive and immersive dining experience for customers, diners will savour traditional Chinese flavours and essences married with Western culinary techniques that are borne from the unique collaboration of both the restaurant’s Western and Chinese chefs.
Idyllically set in a prime buzzing location, Tanjong Pagar Centre is the perfect home-base for Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House, with new age Chinese cuisine being served up to the city’s wider audience. Open Mondays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner, it is intended as a creative and central go-to hotspot for working professionals, as well as gastronomes and neighbourhood patrons in the Tanjong Pagar area.
