Huber’s Pte Ltd was founded by Ryan and Andre Huber and commenced operations at its factory at Pandan Loop in March 2007 with 10 staff. Huber’s Pte Ltd started out with the import of meat and the manufacture of sausages, hams and cold-cuts. These meat products were sold through the wholesale channel.
 
In June 2008, Huber’s Pte Ltd opened its first retail butchery under the name Huber’s Butchery. Today, Huber’s employs close to 140 staff, supplies to over 800 food service customers, has a bistro, display counters that add up to more than forty metres long.
 
Huber’s offers a wide variety of meat, sausages and an extensive range of gourmet groceries. Home delivery, roasting, portioning, marinating and vacuum packing services are available. Trained butchers are on-hand to give expert advice on handling, storing and the cooking of meat. In 2011, Huber’s launched its website where retail customers can order online and have their orders delivered.
