Singapore’s pioneer Sicilian seafood-focused restaurant, Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare is located at the heart of Tanjong Pagar, and has charmed many with its historic location and stellar dishes. Seafood has always been the soul and life of South Italy, and Chef Lino shares the stories of Sicilian traditions and more through his dishes, such as new signature dishes like the Signature Gattopardo Seafood Stew In Terracotta Pot, Rice Shape Pasta with Braised Octopus and Bone Marrow, with its Signature Salt Baked Fish of the Day remaining on the menu.
