Chef Li is a highly-experienced chef from Hong Kong who brings with him an impressive track record. Having worked at reputable establishments in Hong Kong and Singapore, Chef Li joined TungLok Group as Executive Chef in 2006, as a valued member of the company’s culinary team. Chef Li was later promoted to his current position as Senior Executive Chef and currently helms the kitchens at TungLok Signatures.

Throughout the years, Chef Li’s dedication and strive towards excellence has won him the Excellent Service Award in 2008. His creative culinary masterpieces have also gained the recognition and support of many fans, thus, Tung Lok Signatures was voted the No. 1 Chinese Restaurant by AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards in 2008.  In July 2011, Chef Li led his team from Tung Lok Signatures to win  at the Restaurant Association of Singapore Epicurean Star Award in the following categories – Star Chef Overall Winner (2nd Runner Up); Business Excellence Award; Best Meat Dish; Best Appetiser (Finalist); Best Seafood Dish (Finalist); Best Dessert (Finalist). In September 2011, Tung Lok Signatures was also awarded the prestigious ‘International Star Diamond Award’ by the New York-based American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. At the recent AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards 2012, TungLok Signatures emerged winner of the title ‘No. 1 Chinese Restaurant’.

Recently in September 2016, Chef Li Man and TungLok Group Chef Team received a total of 5 Awards at 8th World Championship of Chinese Cuisine in Amsterdam:

  2. Most Creative Main Course Award
  3. Silver Medal For Main Course
  4. Gold Medal For Pastry And Dessert
  5. Silver Trophy For The Group Of Four Contestants
Along with his team of creative chefs, Chef Li continues to produce premium quality cuisine that the Group is known for and embarks on the fascinating journey of culinary innovations.
