A city boy at heart with a millennial mind-set, Bryce is a strong believer of work life balance and enjoy cycling while drawing inspirations for his next masterpiece. 

Bryce was previously the Executive Chef of ONE°15 Marina Club, Sentosa Cove and manages the 120 seating capacity bistro including banquet yacht events and had prior working experiences in renowned international hotels chains including Swissotel Merchant Court, Singapore & Raffles Hotel during his early years into the culinary world.
