Seenuan starts her cooking career from as young as 13 years old. From Nakornratchasima, Thailand, she starts by helping her family selling food close to their home. After undergone a cooking course and Thai fruit craving class, she joined Amarathai Restaurant Co., Ltd. in Singapore at the age of 17 and was one of the pioneer team of Thanying Restaurant since 1988. Since then, Seenuan has been cooking for many VIPs as well as royal families from Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia and Jordan. She was also representing Sabai Fine Thai from Singapore in Hungary, together with the Thai Embassy of Hungary in order to promote Thai food to the world. Her latest promotion overseas was a week-long Thai promotion in 2013 at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa & Cultural Hideaway, the hosting resort of G7 summit this year. |
