Chef Sandro Falbo has dedicated his career to studying Italian cuisine, initially in Rome and later on, in different countries but in hotels where he is able to attain ingredients easily for his experiments. After 31 years in hotel kitchens, Chef Falbo has collated immense inspiration in creating innovative, contemporary dishes. Well-versed in European, Chinese and Muslim cuisines, Chef Falbo, previously Executive Chef of Hilton Singapore, displays expertise supervising a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
