Our food creation is far different of those fast-booming Japanese restaurants in Europe or the fusion Japanese restaurants in New York. The multi-concept starts with professional, skilled, and experienced chefs on each station: EDOMAE sushi chef at sushi counter, exceptional execution of Teppanyaki chefs, innovative ideas from French-trained Robatayaki chef, and delicate preparation of Ramen chefs.
