Founded in 2010 by French restaurateur Olivier Bendel, Déliciae Hospitality Management burst onto the Singaporean F&B landscape in September 2010. Since that time, Déliciae has rolled out 7 concepts within a short span of time: L’Entrecôte, Sabio, Forlino, &MADE Burger Bistro, La Cantine, PISCO and Bumbo Rum Club. Our first concept L’entrecôte was also expanded to reach the different audiences without the local market. Déliciae’s very first restaurant L’entrecôte The Steak and Fries Bistro serves only the Entrecôte Steak main coupled with 9 classic French starters and 15 home-made desserts; L’entrecôte Express serves a shorter menu; Suntec branch L’entrecôte The French Brasserie boasts a much larger menu with additional main courses to cater to the working crowd and latest addition L’entrecôte The Annex serves platters, cold cuts and brunch for that laid-back Parisian feel. |
