Our knife-welding passadors (meat waiters) move around the tables, carving freshly grilled meats from large skewers onto diners' plates. If you think you’ve tasted the best, we’d like to invite you to come join us on a scrumptious feast of Brazilian cuisine. Our authentic Brazilian chefs give their rendition of wagyu beef, which we promise, will leaving you wanting for more. Let us take you to the streets of Brazil where their local snacks are presented with culinary flair. Samba your way through the first course for the night with a glass of Caipirinha before we ease you in the rich flavours of Rio. Wines are carefully paired to accompany each course, as we match the strength of flavours and weight of the dish with the wine. We’ll slow things down gently with a course of soup and salad before bringing you the best of Brazil churrasco. Expect a buffet of premium meats such as lamb rack and beef ribs, as well as Kurobuta pork, Wagyu picanha (rump steak) and Wagyu alcatra (top side); expertly barbequed to perfection by our Brazilian chefs. Our only desire is to knock your senses off faster than you can say Capoeira! Finally, as the night draw to a close, we present a quartet of desserts which will leave your taste buds bursting at a crescendo. They have the slightest tinge of acidity to calm your palate and have your senses tingling like a lover’s lingering caress in a Bossa Nova love song.
