Le Bistrot Du Sommelier is all about Bistronomy and wine discovery. Our dishes are traditional, regional and earthy French fare. The team is proud to introduce our young, talented and passionate Chef de Cuisine, Chef Brandon who is behind the Bistrot’s savory dishes and who takes reign of our dynamic kitchen. Once mentored by Chef Patrick Heuberger and as well earned his years of experience working with Michelin Chef. This unique experience will not be complete without wine. Our Sommelier - Partner Maximilien Fedkiw who created an exciting wine list, mainly from all around France, ranges from classic to discovery and adventurous. Another concept for le Bistrot Du Sommelier is the Rillette Bar just one floor up, where you can find unusual bar bites. It features home made charcuteries-rillettes, pâtés, terrines, sausages and lots more. Rillette Bar now has the largest selection of charcuteries in town perfectly paired with our range of wines. “raclette night @ rillette bar with the rising chef”
rillette bar a place with relax and casual atmosphere offering unusual bites and wines. known for its delicious home made rillettes, pates and terrines that is perfect to go with a crunchy baquette.
a commonly traditional french haven will incorporate a swiss touch for one night only. savour the mouth watering aroma and taste of hot melted cheese with our homemade hams and charcuteries matched with a wine from alps. wgs awarded rising chef 2014 chef brandon foo, will bring you a gastronomic swiss-french experience, he will be melting and scrapping a whole wheel of cheese in a traditional raclette grill and maximillien fedkiw, 2 time “wgs awarded best sommelier” recommends seyssel aoc wine from the alps -savoie region to complete this sumptuous cheesy meal. seyssel aoc is from a less known area in savoie (north french alpes chambéry)in where this particular vineyard is notable for its angular stones and limestones. a character wine made with altesse grape also called as roussette de savoie. ecpect hints of white fruits and flowers like violet and iris (it's said that the iris notes are provided by this terroir once cultivated by perfumers in grasses) and its well balanced minerality and crispiness with a lovely fresh ending will definitely the best match for the raclette. join us for a fun filled wine discovery and cheesilicious night. limited seats. book yours now. |
