Being HACCP Doc.2 certified, Vismark ensures that hygiene and food quality are never compromised. Products are properly packed and prepared in a clean and safe environment. In addition, annual on-site audits conducted by Quality Control, Chefs and Purchasing from various Hotels, Airlines, and major hospitality organizations are conducted. Vismark has also been awarded by AVA with Packing License and Catering License. Vismark is officially awarding the WGS Awards Of Excellence 2015 Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year, recognising an individual who is directly involved in a restaurant operation and demonstrates a high level of talent and creativity in preparing Asian-inspired cuisine. |
