Kent Ho
Born and raised in Singapore, Chef Kent Ho hones 20 years of cooking experience which he brings to his position as Head Chef of Wooloomooloo Group Singapore. Coming from a diverse culinary background, he previously worked at prominent establishments such as Raffles Marina, Hard Rock Café & Gyu Kaku in various Asia Pacific cities well known for
innovative restaurants and exceptional cuisine like Perth, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur & Jakarta. His passion for his profession is obvious and has enhanced every restaurant he has worked in.

Chef Kent’s individual style emphasizes a lot on refinement and simplicity. He believes in whipping up approachable, honest food with great flavour and he is an advocate for letting fresh ingredients speak for themselves. Chef Kent is an indispensable member of Wooloomooloo’s start up team and his efforts have paid off last year when the restaurant was awarded Top Restaurants in Singapore by Wine & Dine within a year of opening.
