Preetam Singh Sodi
Chef Preetam Singh Sodi, 28 years, is the young Resident Senior Sous Chef at Saha, Singapore. He heads the day-to-day running of Saha, realising Chef Abijit Saha’s vision and philosophy on food and cooking. Chef Sodi has eight years of experience working at some of the top 5-star hotels such as  the Shangri-La  Hotel  in  Mumbai,  fine  dining  establishment, Jamavar at  The  Leela  Palace in Chennai, Esphahan at The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, and Awadhiyana at Taj Residency in Lucknow, where he began his career in the culinary industry in 2006.

During Chef Sodi’s tenure with The Shangri-la in Mumbai, he was invited to be a part of the special Indian Food Festival at the prestigious Shangri-La Futian Shenzhen in China. After being chosen for the Resident Chef position at Saha, Chef Sodi was trained and mentored personally by Chef Saha in Bangalore. He is naturally calm and composed in his work, showing maturity beyond his years.
