Having worked at reputable establishments in Hong Kong and Singapore, Chef Li Man brings with him an impressive 24 years of experience. He joins the Tung Lok Group as executive chef in 2006, as a valued member of the company’s culinary team. Chef Li was later promoted to his current position as senior executive chef and currently helms the kitchens at Tung Lok Signatures, Noble House and Tung Lok Classics.
