This 60 seater restaurant located at Central Mall is arguably one of the best restaurants in Singapore. Run by a husband and wife team, Saint Pierre has garnered countless accolades including the Awards of Excellence Christofle New restaurant of the Year twice since its opening in 2000.

Helming the kitchen is none other than Chef in Black - Emmanuel Stroobant and overseeing the operations of the entire restaurant is his wife Edina.
The menu at Saint Pierre changes quarterly according to the seasons in Europe but signature dishes of Stroobant like pan-fried foie gras with caramelised apple and old porto sauce for example is still available on the menu all year round.
