The carefully engineered menu in Garibaldi comprises of cuisines prepared using only the best ingredients – from the crabs specially provided by Tetsuya Wakuda in Australia to the lambs carefully chosen by none other than Chef Roberto himself. Each course that comes out of the kitchen is a master piece itself.
