With an extensive selection of seafood, duck, lamb and beef as well as a wide assortment of traditional French desserts, resistance to fine cuisine is almost futile. Helmed by Chef Patrick Heuberger, Au Petit Salut is a cosy, contemporary style restaurant situated in Chip Bee Gardens, Holland Village. With its tranquil and cozy environment, diners are given a choice of Al Fresco dining where lush greenery surrounds the restaurant or indoors in this contemporary styled restaurant.
Lured into the culinary industry at the tender age of 15, Chef Patrick’s strong interest in cooking brought him to various renowned restaurants around the world where he honed his culinary skills. Through his stint at the various establishments, Chef Patrick was able to refine his culinary skills and in May 2005, he returned to Au Petit Salut.
