Upon entering the premises of Aurum by The Clinic, one can feel the medic-chic theme pervading through its décor. Inside, there are no tables. Just gold wheelchairs. Dinner will be served on steel operating tables, complete with specially-designed tableware.

However, the most unusual element in Aurum is its menu.The restaurant serves a menu that seeks to revolutionise traditional concepts on cuisine. Food retains its taste, but is presented in ways never seen, nor heard before. Guests can look forward to a daily degustation menu of 13 courses which gives a modern interpretation to Shakespeare’s line “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”.
