Headed by the award-winning chef, Milind Sovani who hails from southern India, Song of India offers its guest’s familiar dishes like the tandoori chicken and nann. The lack of traditional Indian decoration in the restaurant is also reflected in the modern twist to the food. Serving food from the different regions of India, the cuisine at Song of India seeks to go in sync with today’s culture of refine dining, finesse and health. Taking age-old recipes and giving it a new touch is what the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence “Heinz Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year” 2005 constantly seeks to achieve.
