Bagging several prestigious culinary awards, Christian Faure was one of the youngest among his peers to garner such an impressive recognition in the pastry arena. These include the highly coveted “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 1997, bestowed personally by the French president to signify a national recognition for this award.
Faure also has extensive experiences in the culinary field, working with renowned masters like Alain Ducasse at the three-star Louis XV and travelling with Prince Albert of Monaco, preparing for events around the world – New York, Washington, DC and Salt Lake City (for the 2002 Olympics).
