Yannick Anton oversees a professional team of seven at the renowned restaurant Le Cordon Bleu Signatures since November 2006.

Prior to this, he had honed his skill in the preparation of seafood at one-Michelin-starred L’Ana Rouge. He then accumulated his experience in the culinary field working with Le Globe and Rebecca’s. He had also prepared state dinners for world leaders like George Bush and Hu Jin Tao.
