Alex Lozachmeur
Dolce Vita, The Oriental Singapore
Cuisine Style: Mediterranean

Spending six years under three-Michelin Stars Chef Alain Ducasse in Paris and Saint Tropez, Alex Lozachmeur has undergone strict training over the past ten years, honing his culinary skills. Now at 26 years old, he has already grasped the delicate process and intricate structures of excellent French and Mediterranean cooking, and was recently appointed the chef de cuisine of Dolce Vita. Prior to taking the helm at Dolce Vita, he was part of the opening team of the famous Spoon restaurant.

Lozachmeur began his journey to Asia early last year and was introduced to at-sunrice, The Singapore Culinary Academy and Spice Garden by its chief executive officer, Christophe Megel. He decided to head back into the kitchen to continue pursuing his passion for cooking after training and preparing curriculum for a few months. He now holds two bachelor degrees from Catering and Hospitality Business Paul Anglér School in Nice, as well as a Diploma in Cooking.
