With twenty-three years of international experience, Sovani leads the local gourmands through a rediscovery journey of regional Indian cuisines like Malvani and Lucknavi, bringing Indian cuisine to a new height.
Bagging awards like the best Asian cuisine chef at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards 2006-2007 and a gold medal at the Gourmet Hunt 2004, Sovani has also written his own books and done several television shows.
