Michael Muller started his training in the culinary world as an apprentice in Le Bec Dore Restaurant in Strasbourg. His charming personality and passion for the job enabled this diligent young chef to rise through the ranks quickly. Muller then moved on to the legendary Jules Verne Restaurant at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, where his culinary skills were brought to the next level.


With a wealth of experience accumulated over the years, Muller moved on to become the chef of the well-known Chiberta in Paris. There, he continued to charm his guests with creative twists to modern French cuisine. Now, coupled with his ability to capture the attention of patrons with his personality, Muller ensures that they have an astounding dining experience at Jaan.
