Reto Lampart Culinary Masterclass
A Sense of Indulgence by The Macallan

Reto Lampart Culinary Masterclass

It makes one wonder how he gets when he’s crossed, because it’s really hard to imagine given his bubbly disposition (even in a foreign kitchen). Renowned two-Michelin-starred Swiss masterchef Reto Lampart of Lampart’s Art of Dining in Hägendorf, Switzerland, is a bundle of fun and it shows in his food, through their presentation and his clever play on combinations of ingredients. He’s extremely precise about his cuisine and whetting our appetities with dishes like the carpaccio of lime infused scallops with asparagus mousse and scampi and crispy mille-feuille with strawberries, lemon jelly and sour cream ice cream, the masterclass was a delicious sensory treat! A Sense of Indulgence by The Macallan

Indulgence definitely was the theme for the night for guests who attended A Sense of Indulgence by The Macallan. With the host of live stations serving delectables like roast Peking duck and smoked sea trout, as well as canapes of soft quail egg tomato coulis and duck liver confit with black truffle, guests sure had their stomachs satisfied. Even more satisfying were the expressions of The Macallan presented throughout the night. Soothing jazz tunes made the evening a laid-back one, and Claressa Monteiro’s mellow tunes certainly helped.
