Le Petit Breakfast - Au Petit Salut

A hearty French breakfast; the perfect start to that lazy Sunday. And so it was for about forty or so guests who had the pleasure of dining at Au Petit Salut. The menu was conceptualised by Chef Patrick Heuberger whose culinary expertise was evident in dishes like the mini Belon 0000 oyster omelette. Guests tucked into the spread, chatting happily with friends and downing glass after glass of champagne. The event stretched way past breakfast and ate into lunch, but that didn’t bother guests, as Sundays are meant to be enjoyed, aren’t they? For more pictures, please click here!
