Retrace the steps of Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama as he introduced the world to the wonders of Indian spices. Manish Law from Rang Mahal will be showcasing 12 trademark spices that best represent Great Indian Cuisine. Each course in the dinner will only carry the sole “aromat” of one single spice, allowing guests to take in all the unique features of that spice. Diners will surely develop a new-found appreciaton for spices by the end of the meal.
