One of the most prominent figures in the local culinary scene, Chef Sanelli is the man behind some of the best restaurants in Singapore like Michelangelo’s, Original Sin and Sistina, both at Holland village as well as the famous Italian restaurant Zambuca at the Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore.
With more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt, Sanelli opened his first restaurant Michelangelo’s Italian Restaurant here in Singapore, together with partner Michael Hadley in 1995. Sanelli’s passion for cooking is evident, and so is his omni-presence in the restaurant where he is frequently spotted interacting with his guests.
