A chef rich in his wealth of experience, Catan Md Hisman had the opportunity to hone his skills around the globe from London to Tokyo to Egypt, all in less than 13 years. The present executive sous chef of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Hisman has also cooked as a culinary ambassador at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwide. Most recently, he brought the unique favours of Singapore to Four Seasons Hotel Milan in celebration of the launch of Singapore Airlines’ direct flights to the Italian city.
Hisman is also recognised for his expertise and professionalism in the gastronomic field with the culinary awards he won over the years.
