Chef Roberto who honed his culinary skills in the prestigious Culinary Institute Caterina De Medici in Italy spent his early years training his skills at various restaurants and gaining knowledge on traditional Italian cuisine. Having worked in some of the finest hotels around the world such as the Hyde Park Hotel in London and Four Season Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, Chef Roberto finally settled down in Singapore where he takes on the role as Executive Chef of Garibaldi and overseeing the menu of 2 other restaurants under the Garibaldi Group – Menotti Italian cafe and Ricotti Italian deli and pastry respectively.
