Director of kitchens at the Swissôtel the Stamford and Raffles the Plaza, Chef Otto Weibel brings with him a wealth of culinary experience. Having been with the Swissotel the Stamford for more than 20 years, Weibel is the man spearheading the entire kitchen operations for the 17 restaurants and bars of both hotels.
Of Swiss origin, Weibel have lived in Asia for more than 20 years and is a renowned chef in the international and local culinary scene. Weibel is now president mentor to the Singapore Chefs’ Association and an advisor to the Singapore Culinary National Team, leading them to achieving awards and accolades locally and internationally.
