Lured into the culinary industry at the tender age of 15, Heuberger’s strong interest in cooking brought him to various renowned restaurants around the world where he honed his culinary skills. Through his stint at the various establishments, Heuberger was able to refine his culinary skills and in May 2005, he returned to Au Petit Salut.
As Executive Chef of this Award Winning restaurant, Heuberger spends most if not all of his time in the restaurant. Dedicated to his job, Heuberger’s passion for what he does is all reflected in his cuisine, serving his guests dishes made with only the freshest ingredients.
