With an impressive culinary career of 22 years, Ken Ling has been with the renowned Club Chinois since 1997. Geared with a glowing scroll of credentials, he is known for creating exquisite and creative dishes which amaze the senses.
Ling’s efforts have garnered the restaurant numerous awards which included the Asian Ethnic Restaurant of the Year award in 2002, 2003 and 2004. He assisted in the opening of Club Chinois together with then executive chef Susur Lee. Driven by a burning passion for gastronomic delight, Ling continues to bring impeccable food to tables of the patrons with his perseverance in pursuing great cuisine.
