For someone who cannot cook till the age of 28, Ezzio Gritti has come a long way. In the first three years of his apprenticeship, he worked every evening without being paid, just as a pastime and for his own personal delight. His love for the art led him to other notable restaurants where he picked up necessary skills of the trade. A one-Michelin-starred chef now, he has cooked for the 21 European Community Presidents, Henry Kissinger and famous stylist Giorgio Armani.
