culture. Schintler brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the
table, having worked in several fine-dining establishments.
Prior
to his engagement in Shangri-La Singapore, Schintler was chef
de cuisine of L'Espinasse, St Regis, Starwood Hotels & Resorts
in Philadelphia. Having graduated from Baltimore International
Culinary College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Schintler's past
working experiences also include the famous Le Cirque in Mahattan
as well as in Le Manior Aux Quat Saisons in UK.

the signature BLU cocktail together with Schintler's symphonic
