Otto Weibel

Otto Weibel is the President of Singapore Chefs Association. He has judged many of the culinary competitions that have taken placed in Asia as well as in Switzerland, China and Luxembourg. His culinary expertise has also won him many awards, among them are: Chef Restauranteur of the Year from the International Food & Beverage Forum 1999, Excellence for Singapore Award Singapore Chefs Association 1999, Coc d'Or Italian Chefs Association 1987 and many more.

Weibel was also conferred the prestigious title of WGS Awards of Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award and Who's Who Award in 2001. A veteran in the culinary field, many hold him in respect for his contributions to the culinary community, not only in Singapore but regionally as well as being the driving force behind the numerous accolades won by the Singapore National Culinary Team.
