the brightest stars in the culinary arena arrived at Raffles Hotel.
Jean Paul Naquin now holds the reins at the kitchens of Raffles
Hotel as executive chef.
A self-confessed connoisseur, Naquin joins Raffles Hotel with
more than 20 years of notable culinary experience. He has acquired
considerable international exposure working in top restaurants
and hotels in France, Germany, United States, Bahamas, China,
Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia and Korea. In his previous tenures
as executive chef in hotels in Indonesia, the Bahamas and Korea,
he has proven to be an outstanding leader with immense creativity,
dedication and professionalism.
While
with The Shangri-La Jakarta, he led his culinary team to a victorious
win bagging the 'Best Culinary Team in Indonesia' award together
with 18 other medals in the 1997 Salon Culinaire Indonesia.
With
Naquin's proven expertise and established recognition in the culinary
arena, expect the tradition of culinary excellence in Raffles
Hotel to escalate and inspire new limits. Naquin hopes to achieve
