Founded in October 2010 by Olivier Bendel, DHM opened its first restaurant L’Entrecôte on the quaint Duxton Hill. 
L'Entrecôte is a Parisian concept first established some eighty years ago a premium cut of beef rib featuring the 
traditional entrecôte and frites. Drawing inspiration Olivier meticulously created his version of this time-tested French 
favourite. This bold move is nothing less than a stamp of authenticity.
 
In 2011, the group inaugurated Sabio Tapas Bar. In 2012, DHM took over Italian restaurant, Forlino. 
 
DHM currently has 6 restaurants & bars in Singapore with an upcoming DHM Hub under a management 
contract opening in the 2nd Quarter of 2017.
