He loves the idea of bringing out the flavours of fresh ingredients and the combustion of spices and herbs. He started his amazing career at the age of 24 full of passion for the culinary arts.

He thrives through challenging himself to reach new heights and to take on new challenges internationally like Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Chef Chatchai believes in the simplicity and showcasing of natural flavours of the freshest ingredients, spices and herbs.
