Singapore National Culinary Team
 The team for Culinary Olympics 2020 was handpicked by the Singapore Chefs’ Association for their experience, commitment and potential. They’re led by Team Manager Matthew Yim (Executive Chef, SATS Food Services) and consist of Team Captain Hoo Zhi Hao (Chef de Cuisine, Purple Sage), and Team Members Ben Goh (Executive Pastry Chef, InterContinental Hotel), Aloysius Tay (Junior Sous Chef,Tanglin Club), Koh Hanjie (Head Chef, Elfuego by Collin’s), and Sherine Lim (Junior Sous Chef, InterContinental Hotel). 

Team Singapore placed 4th overall in the Internationale Kochkunst-Ausstellung (IKA)/Culinary Olympics, considered the exemplar of a competition that has electrified the global culinary world. They took back the Gold Medal for the newest category of Chef's Table, Silver for Restaurant of the Nation and Silver for Showpiece ...for Chef's Table (special price).
