Formerly having worked in countries like Paris, Doha, and Marrakech, Chef Carmignani’s 14 years of experience in the industry has enabled him to learn and create some of the most extraordinary dishes in his menu. His work as chef has included Sous Chef de Cuisine at the Guy Savoy Restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, Chef de Cuisine at the Qatar Luxury Group, Le Français at La Mamounia Marrakech in Morrocco, and now at Forlino, where he is the Executive Chef. Each dish served at Forlino tells a colourful story of Chef Carmignani's culinary experience, from his Franco-Italian upbringing in Montélimar, France, to his wealth of experience with Groupe Guy Savoy in Doha, Qatar and helming the kitchen of Le Français.
