Chef Anastassios Zissopoulos’ work with pastry has led him to fields all over the world, whether it be teaching, consultancy, leadership, and writing. His 35-year career in the field has seen him work in catering units, pastry boutiques, and five-star hotel chains like Merridiend, Grecotel and Plazza Hotels in Greece, Milan and Paris. He currently works as a Chef Cuisinier Patissier, while coaching the Greek National Culinary team in pastry, as well as a certified pastry judge from the WORLDCHEFS Association. He’s acted as an expert consultant for the Greek National Labour Institute and is the President of the Hellenic Chefs Federation, as well as the Pastry Chefs Federation. He’s also the Vice President of the Chefs Club of Greece.
