Chef Miltos Karoumpas is a man that has explored gastronomy to it’s finest limits. For the last 9 years, he’s represented Greece in extensive gastronomy and cultural events promoting the best of Greek culture to the international audience. He’s held the position of Director Executive Chef & Research Development Manager for the VIVARTA group of companies, while lecturing at hospitality and management schools within Athens. Chef Karoumpas has been elected President of the Hellenic Chefs Federation and is a member of the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) and the Mediterranean Culinary Federation. His expertise in cuisine has made him a certified judge in the Bocuse d’Or gastronomy competition, as well as a WORLDCHEFS certified judge for international culinary competitions.
