Chef with 26-year experience. Founder and owner of ‘Moonsfera’ restaurant and catering company, located at the roof of Olympic Center building in Warsaw. During his career he prepared number of culinary events involving celebrities (such as Tina Turner or Bruce Willis), politicians (Richard Nixon) and representatives of different countries and governments, including acting prime ministers and heads of states.
Since 2010 he is the President of the Polish Chefs and Pastry Chefs Association. In this capacity, he has been building the position of chef’s profession in Poland and integrating the ‘culinary family’. He is also in charge of organizing National Team to Culinary Olympic and Culinary Cups.
He has also a long experience in organizing Polish culinary promotions overseas, including Polish day during Olympic sport game in Baku, London, Korea, Rio de Janeiro. He enjoys learning new flavors and food traditions around the world.
